P : Portrait
사진의 역사 속에서 인간 간의 관계를 다루는 인물사진을 예술, 응용, 기록 등 다양한 관점에서 연구하고 전시한다.
Portrait photography exploring human relationships throughout the history of photography is researched and presented from artistic, applied, and documentary perspectives.

C : Contemporary / Expanded Photography
현대미술로서의 확장된 사진과 사진을 기반으로 한 다양한 미디어 및 실험적 예술을 소개한다.
Introduces expanded forms of photography within contemporary art, including diverse media practices and experimental artistic approaches related to photography.

D : Documentary Photography
인간의 삶을 사실의 기록과 해석을 통해 다루는 다큐멘터리 사진을 조망한다.
Presents documentary photography that records and interprets human life through observation, narrative, and visual testimony.

B : Photobook
종이의 물성을 통해 경험하는 이미지 매체로서의 포토북을 기획 전시하며, 포토북 라운지를 통해 관람과 열람의 경험을 제공한다.
Curated exhibitions of photobooks as image media experienced through the materiality of paper. A photobook lounge provides visitors with opportunities to browse and read photobooks.

교육
Education

사진 인문학, 사진 기술과 창작, 예술사진, 가족사진 프로젝트, 지역 주민 참여 사진 프로젝트, 포트폴리오 리뷰 등 학생, 전문가, 일반인들을 위한 다양한 교육 프로그램을 운영한다.

GCP offers a wide range of educational programs for students, professionals, and the general public, including photography and the humanities, photographic techniques and creative practice, fine art photography, family photography projects, community photography initiatives with local residents, and portfolio reviews.

지역 공동체 프로젝트
Community Project

사진 언어를 통해 다양한 사회적·문화적 배경을 가진 도민들이 참여하는 프로그램을 운영한다. 경기도 내 다양한 공동체와 협력하여 작가와 시민이 함께하는 창작 프로그램을 진행하며, 시민들의 삶과 기억을 사진을 통해 재조명하고 연구·아카이브하는 사업을 추진한다.

예) 교육기관, 마을 공동체, 다문화 가족, 외국인·이주민 지원기관 등과 협력한 프로젝트, 아이와 조부모가 함께 참여하는 프로그램, 반려동물 가족을 위한 프로그램 등

Community programs invite citizens from diverse social and cultural backgrounds to participate through the language of photography.
In collaboration with communities across Gyeonggi Province, the center develops creative initiatives in which artists and citizens work together. These projects revisit and reinterpret the memories and everyday lives of local people through photography while building a growing photographic archive of the region.

Examples include collaborations with educational institutions, local community groups, multicultural families, and organizations supporting foreign residents and migrants, as well as programs for children and grandparents and initiatives designed for families with companion animals.

사진의 정원, 사진뜰
Garden of Photography

센터에 위치한 다양한 나무와 식물로 이루어진 정원에서 사진과 함께 사색하고 새로운 관계를 맺는 경험을 제공하는 프로그램을 운영한다.

새롭게 조성된 약 3,000평 규모의 정원은 누구에게나 개방되어, 계절의 변화와 함께 자연 속에서 몸과 마음을 쉬어갈 수 있는 쉼터로도 기능하며 사진창작, 공공미술의 공간으로도 활용된다.

Within the center is a garden composed of various trees and plants where visitors can reflect, experience photography in nature, and discover new relationships and inspirations.

The newly created garden, covering approximately 10,000 square meters, is open to everyone. It serves as a place of rest where visitors can pause in nature throughout the changing seasons, while also functioning as a space for photographic creation and public art activities.
